These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Ozer application and related services. By downloading or using Ozer, you agree to these terms.

Ozer is a productivity tool designed to convert spoken input into tasks, reminders, calendar events, or notes at your request.

Ozer does not act autonomously. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all actions before they are saved or used. Ozer may misunderstand or misinterpret voice input, and you agree to verify all extracted actions for accuracy.

Ozer is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that extracted actions, reminders, or events will be accurate, complete, or created at the intended time. We are not responsible for missed reminders, scheduling errors, incorrect interpretations, or any resulting consequences.

Ozer integrates with Apple Reminders and Apple Calendar using Apple provided frameworks.

Once actions are saved, they are managed by Apple’s systems and subject to Apple’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for the behavior, availability, or reliability of Apple services.

Ozer includes a free usage allowance and optional paid features.

Paid features may include a Pro plan and additional minute packs. Usage limits, pricing, and plan details are displayed within the app and may change over time.

All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s payment terms and refund policies. We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds.

You agree not to misuse Ozer or attempt to interfere with its operation, including but not limited to reverse engineering, abuse of usage limits, or unauthorized access to backend services.

We reserve the right to limit or suspend access to the app if misuse is detected.

Ozer and all related content, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Ozer without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of Ozer.

Our total liability for any claim related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for Ozer, if any.

You may stop using Ozer at any time by uninstalling the app.

We may discontinue or modify the app at any time without notice.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Ozer constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
